Tunning in to God.

Unplugged Retreats offer you the opportunity to press pause on your usual, busy life and take stock with God.  It may be that you want to look at important decisions, explore ways of praying or simply ‘waste time’ with God for a couple of days.  The retreats are based on the Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius of Loyola, in which you meet with a spiritual director one to one for your own tailor-made retreat.  To help you make the most of the time, the retreat will be in silence and there will be lots of space, and your director will help you consider how you spend your time.  As well as spiritual direction there will also be some prayer workshops but these will not include sharing with others in the group.

The retreats are held at the Laudato si Community, located on Clapham Common, though a good size house, with a chapel, there are only a few guest bedrooms so the retreats will be for small groups of up to 5 participants.
